How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
We do not offer free shipping. Every order ships for a flat $7.99 within the United States, no matter how much you order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International availability may be added in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

How do I choose the right tent size?
As a rule of thumb, choose a tent rated for one more person than your group — a 3-person tent sleeps two campers and their gear comfortably.
