We want you to love your gear. If something is not right, you may return it under the terms below.
Return window: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact page or by email with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used outdoors may be refused or refunded partially.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
